AqMatic K531-X210-14000 – 1″ Normally Open, LS – BUNA/EP/EP

The AqMatic K531-X210-14000 is a 1-inch normally open thermoplastic diaphragm valve with limit stop (LS), designed for systems that require controlled flow adjustment with corrosion-resistant construction.

This model is part of the K53 series, a thermoplastic diaphragm valve platform used in water treatment, filtration, and chemical systems where metal valves are prone to corrosion. The valve body is constructed from Noryl/PVC materials and is rated for moderate temperature service up to approximately 140°F.

The valve is configured as normally open, allowing flow under standard conditions and closing when control pressure is applied. The limit stop (LS) feature allows mechanical restriction of valve travel, making it possible to fine-tune flow rates or balance system performance without relying solely on pressure adjustments.

This configuration uses a Buna diaphragm with EP seals and discs, supporting compatibility with standard water treatment applications as well as select chemical environments.

The valve is commonly used in automated systems controlled by stagers and stager controls, or alongside other diaphragm valves such as V42 diaphragm valves depending on system design.
