5520-D – Collar, Centering

The AqMatic 5520-D Collar (Centering) is a precision internal component used in 5520-series diaphragm valve assemblies to help maintain alignment of moving parts during operation.

This collar functions as a centering guide within the valve body, helping position internal components such as shafts, springs, and diaphragm assemblies. Proper alignment is especially important in systems that rely on repeatable cycling through stagers or automated valve controls.

The 5520-D collar is typically replaced during valve rebuilds when wear, deformation, or misalignment begins to affect diaphragm movement, sealing response, or valve timing. It may be serviced alongside other internal parts used in K53 series valves and related diaphragm valve assemblies.

Because this is a fitted internal component, it should be matched to the correct 5520 valve configuration before installation.
