424-RAVFB – Diaphragm & Seal Kit, 424, VITON/-FB

The AqMatic 424-RAVFB Diaphragm & Seal Kit is a complete rebuild kit for 424-series diaphragm valves, designed to replace the diaphragm and sealing components in a single service cycle.

This kit uses Viton (FKM) elastomer, which is selected for applications where standard Buna materials are not sufficient. Viton provides improved resistance to chemicals, higher temperatures, and more aggressive process fluids, making it a better fit for demanding filtration, softening, and industrial treatment systems.

The 424-series platform is widely used across water treatment systems due to its flexible diaphragm design and serviceability. This kit restores proper sealing, diaphragm movement, and valve response, especially in systems experiencing leakage, delayed actuation, or inconsistent cycling.
