AQ Matic is pleased to announce that IAPMO R&T has certified AquaMatic valves to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and NSF/ANSI Standard 372. The certifications cover V42 series metal diaphragm valves, V46 series stainless steel diaphragm valves, K52 series composite diaphragm valves, and K53 series composite diaphragm valves.
NSF/ANSI Standard 61 establishes maximum threshold levels of impurities imparted into drinking water.
This includes criteria for testing and evaluating products to ensure they do not leach potentially harmful contaminants into the water.
NSF/ANSI Standard 372 details criteria for lead content products used in potable applications and confirms full compliance with the low lead requirements of the 2014 U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
Our literature and product markings have been updated to include the IAPMO R&T mark shown below. See individual product spec sheets, available at www.AQ-Matic.com, for additional details.

Please note no changes to the valves were necessary to achieve these certifications.
Thank you for your business.
