AquaMatic K52 Series Composite Control Valves are designed to handle deionized water as well as acids, caustic, harsh chemicals or gases that would rapidly corrode metal valves. The valves are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials, but still have all of the advantages of the unparalleled AquaMatic metal body valve design. The K52 Series Valve body and cap are molded with glass-filled thermoplastic.

The AquaMatic K524-X200-14000 is a 1-1/2 inch, normally open diaphragm valve engineered for superior performance in demanding fluid control applications. Constructed with a Noryl body and internal PVC components, this valve offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. The Buna-N diaphragm and EP seals ensure reliable operation under various conditions. This valve is ideal for applications such as chemical injection, deionization, desalination, detergent and bleach handling, electronics manufacturing, evaporation, mining waste management, level control systems, and water treatment systems. Its isolated bonnet design effectively separates the flow and control chambers, enhancing the valve’s longevity and performance.
